This Scheme is available exclusively for Retail Merchants whose annual turnover is less than Rs 10 Crore.
A flat fee of 1.5% is charged for the first Rs.1 crore of Gross Transaction Value per month. Subsequently, a 2% flat fee will be applied to the incremental volume. A merchant will not be eligible for a flat 1.5% fee in the future once they are moved to a 2% flat fee.
Merchants will not have the option of choosing a particular mode of domestic payment instruments. There will be a mix of all domestic payment instruments, as per the choices made by the Customers of the Merchant.
If the merchant violates any of the terms and conditions, the company at its sole discretion shall charge a fee of 2.5% across all domestic payment instruments.
The company reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify or replace the terms of this Scheme at any time.
The Merchant needs to sign a separate agreement with the Company covering all the aspects of this Scheme inclusive of these Terms and Conditions.
